At Red E, Joe is intent on listening and providing solutions to the variety of projects he works on. You'll appreciate Joe's driven approach and his vast knowledge of design engineering.

Joe's Background

Joe grew up around Valley City, ND, and graduated from NDSU with a Bachelor's in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. Joe worked as a co-op in Bismarck, ND in aftermarket parts as a Sales Engineer before changing positions and locations within the company to Gwinner, ND as a Design Engineer co-op. From there, Joe joined a large agriculture company to provide manufacturing and design engineer services for 7 years before joining the Red E team.

Anything competitive (including golf and softball) and being an active outdoorsman - Joe likes to hunt as much as his wife will let him!
