In this role, you will have the chance to work with a team of talented engineers and business professionals who are focused on meeting the needs of farmers by providing High Quality Products and Services. Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for parts and assemblies
- Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met
- Develop comprehensive design documentation, including product manuals and technical guides
- Conduct engineering analyses and feasibility studies to support design decisions
- Clearly document and communicate project status, design changes, and technical findings
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address ambiguous or undefined challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to align on project goals
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Support prototype development and production builds through hands-on involvement and coordination
- Prepare and maintain cost estimates, project timelines, and resource schedules
- Mentor junior engineers and interns, delegating tasks and supporting professional growth
Senior Project Engineer – Additional Possibilities:
- Assist with product installations at customer job sites to ensure proper function and integration
- Perform light assembly and fabrication to support prototyping and design validation
Senior Project Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development
- Proven ability to research, conceptualize, and develop innovative product solutions
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks); experience with PDM systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes
- Hands-on ability to construct prototypes and support fabrication of new and existing products
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating complex design projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer teams
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- High level of personal integrity, initiative, and accountability
- Background in mechanical systems, construction equipment, or agricultural machinery preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with design validation tools such as FEA or tolerance analysis is a plus
- Experience supporting or leading field installations, product launches, or continuous improvement projects is desirable

Video Content Producer Responsibilities:
- Video Editing YouTube video content
- Plan, schedule, and direct on-location video shoots that showcase our products in the field and support our brand's mission: to Keep Farmers Farming
- Scout and prepare shoot locations. Assess lighting conditions, calibrating camera settings accurately, and testing audio setup
- Coordinate and oversee third-party video editors and creative partners, providing clear direction, feedback, and brand guidelines to ensure final content meets quality and strategic expectations.
- Produce multimedia content for marketing, social media, internal communications, and campaigns
- Capture and edit high-quality video and photography for various platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with brand messaging
- Organize and maintain digital media libraries and archives
- Stay current on industry trends and content formats for engagement and relevance
Video Content Producer Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Communication or Multimedia, Journalism or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years experience in multimedia production, journalism, or visual storytelling
- Strong interviewing and communication skills with a natural curiosity and professionalism
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Final Cut, etc.)
- Ability to create stories with minimal supervision from raw concept to final cut
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Must have hands-on experience as a video editor, camera operator (Shooter), and on-camera interviewer, with a proven ability to manage projects from concept to final production
- Comfortable working in a variety of settings — from rural environments to corporate offices
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field shoots

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, website, paid ads)
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling content (graphics, videos, blog posts, etc.)
- Manage the company's social media presence and schedule posts across platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Assist in planning and promoting events, sponsorships, or community outreach programs
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems
- Plan, organize, and support marketing events and farm shows (exhibit management, travel coordination, event setup/teardown, promotions, expense tracking).
- SEO/SEM campaigns and strategy

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience (B2B or B2C)
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching into Administration, Office, and Sales Team Support. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and set a positive and encouraging example in the process.
Sales Administrative Assistant Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming orders by phone, email, and walk-in customers in a timely manner
- Accurately process customer quotes, invoices & pack slips
- Maintain customer relationships with order follow up inquiries
- Disseminate qualified prospects to the sales team and enter them into CRM
- Assist with maintaining ongoing yearly service team schedules, including scheduling new rebuilds, staying in contact with customers who have rebuilds scheduled, and working with the Service Director to make sure the rebuild crew is prepared for weekly rebuilds
- Process customer returns
- Take payments over the phone and in person
- Communicate to purchasing any parts that are low inventory when creating sales orders
- Communicate with warehouse regarding order status changes and/or backordered inventory
- Provide backup support to other departments as needed
Sales Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience; Ag experience preferred but not required
- Ability to build strong, influential relationships, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professional composure
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate information about the company in a positive manner to prospective clients
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Proficiency with technology including e-mail, internet, and Office 365 applications
- Experience with using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and work with diverse customers
- Farming background and/or experience in farming industry is a plus
