Senior Design Engineer Primary Responsibilities:
- Create & Design 3D models and engineering drawings of parts and assemblies
- Manage personal projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Create design documentation and product manuals
- Perform various analyses or studies
- Document and communicate project information
- Use good problem-solving skills even when something isn't clearly defined or known
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams
- Effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and team members
- Assist with prototype or production builds
- Prepare cost analyses and project schedules
- Mentor and delegate work to interns
Senior Design Engineer additional possibilities:
- Material handling, forklift and truck/trailer operation
- Assisting with product installs at customer job sites
- Assembly and light fabrication
Senior Design Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in mechanical design
- Ability to Research and develop new product ideas and innovations
- In-depth knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Able to effectively work in a team and with diverse customers to meet their project needs
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Good knowledge of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to construct prototypes and fabricate new and existing products is a plus
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
- Ability to work independently/self-directed and as a member of a team

- Mechanical, Construction, or Farm industry experience/background

Product Specialist Primary Responsibilities:

Procurement Specialist Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify suppliers for parts and manufacturing product
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of products
- Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of products/materials delivered
- Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of product remains positive
- Maintain and develop detailed knowledge about parts/materials needed
- Use good problem solving skills even when something isn't clearly defined or known
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting, Warehouse and Sales teams
- Effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and team members

We are looking for energetic and motivated team members with a strong drive and high level of tenacity to work with a team of other mechanics in the rebuilding and repair air seeding farm equipment for the next 4 to 12 weeks with the potential to transition into a continuing part time or full time role. This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions and will require flexibility and ability to do a diverse amount of mechanical and shop tasks.
Service Tech/Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Dis-assemble and Re-assemble air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make adjustments as necessary
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, etc
- Drive pickups to haul tools and parts for on-site repair of equipment
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks
Service Tech/Mechanic Qualifications:
