Senior Mechanical Engineer Primary Responsibilities:
- Create & Design 3D models and engineering drawings of parts and assemblies
- Manage personal projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Create design documentation and product manuals
- Perform various analyses or studies
- Document and communicate project information
- Use good problem-solving skills even when something isn't clearly defined or known
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams

Senior Mechanical Engineer additional possibilities:

Product Specialist Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing new business opportunities
- Disseminate qualified prospects to the sales team
- Assist with planning the marketing focus, executing the marketing strategy, and documenting results
- Assist with maintaining records of all interactions with qualified prospects and communicating to sales team
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales team
- Assist engineers in design, prototyping, assembly, and fabrication of new and existing products
- Visiting farm sites to inspect customer equipment and establish repair plans

Videographer and Editor Responsibilities:
- Compose creative and engaging stories that include photography/video for various internal and external communications vehicles
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film along with inputting music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
- Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client, and ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working
- Ensure continuity, logical sequencing, and smooth running video
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
- Conduct meetings with the sales and marketing team to strategize media needs and video opportunities
- Plan and capture product pictures for website
Videographer and Editor Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud - specifically Premier & After Effects
- Detailed knowledge and expertise around all social platforms
- Exceptional writing skills for scripts, strategies, and tactics
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
- Skilled at collaborating within and outside of departments
- Ability to travel as needed and record outdoors
- Proficiency and knowledge of working with camera equipment
- Ability to produce content assets quickly, flexibly adjust to changes in priority and find creative ways to repurpose existing content for new uses
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks with concentration, speed, and accuracy to meet multiple deadlines and shifting requirements to produce the desired amount of high-quality material with meticulous attention to detail

Videographer and Editor Preferred Requirements:
- Portfolio as video editor and creative director
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Experience in the ag industry or farming background
- 2+ years work related experience with video editing or digital media content productions
Videographer and Editor Criteria/Conditions:
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
- Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
- Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
- Location requires mobility in an office environment
- Occasionally work will be performed in a shed, outdoors or warehouse setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving loading and unloading machines/vehicles
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to thirty (30) pounds

Senior Accountant Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide financial information to management by researching, analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting data
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Comply with all federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls
- Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company
- Oversee AP/AR processes
- Bank deposit, bank and credit card reconciliation

Red E, LLC currently has an immediate opening for a Service Tech/Mechanic in Fargo, ND.
We are looking for energetic and motivated team members with a strong drive and high level of tenacity to work with a team of other mechanics in the rebuilding and repair air seeding farm equipment for the next 4 to 12 weeks with the potential to transition into a continuing part time or full time role. We offer an opportunity to grow in your career and expertise as you work in a collaborative team environment, solve complex and interesting problems, and learn and develop new skills through a variety of rebuild projects. This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions and will require flexibility and ability to do a diverse amount of mechanical and shop tasks.
Service Tech/Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Dis-assemble and Re-assemble air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make adjustments as necessary
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, etc
- Drive pickups to haul tools and parts for on-site repair of equipment
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks
Service Tech/Mechanic Qualifications:
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty
- Attention to detail and Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Skilled with mechanics and have a tenacity to overcome challenges to get the job done
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Farming background and/or experience in farming industry a plus
- Ability to travel

- $50,000 - $90,000 per year
