Jesse joined Red E in 2015 with more than 10 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field. The multitude of projects through several engineering firms have prepared him to take on the role as a Managing Partner and Vice President of Red E.

With his strong attention to detail and his ability to adapt to any challenge, Jesse brings value to Red E clients finding solutions that meet their true need.

Jesse has a considerable amount of experience in machine design, metal fab, and mechanical systems and is not afraid of getting his hands dirty to get the job done.

Jesse's Background

From an early age, Jesse grew up with a passion of learning how things worked.

If he wasn’t taking apart farm equipment for parts at the farm, you would find him fixing up wrecked motorcycles and cars or wrenching on motors.

Jesse started applying his creativity, high levels of detail, and hard work to everything he set out to accomplish.

The mixture of all things mechanical, the knack for creative design, and the pursuit of business acumen led him to earn a Mechanical Engineering degree from NDSU and later a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Mary.

In addition, Jesse is a Certified SolidWorks Professional and a Registered Professional Engineer (PE); the highest level of achievement in the Engineering Field.

His career has taken him across many diverse job functions and responsibilities spanning the Agricultural, Construction, Automotive, Medical and Food Packaging industries. Jesse has either directly or indirectly provided Engineering Design and Manufacturing Services for small firms to Fortune 100 companies.

Fulfilling his lifelong dream of being an entrepreneur, Jesse joined Red E as a managing partner in 2015. Jesse brings incredible knowledge, leadership, and un-relentless passion for the customer to Red E.
