Jeff joined the Red E team in December of 2019 as an Accountant and Office Manager. He has over 30 years of work experience that allows him to assist in many departments at Red E.

At Red E, Jeff is responsible for accounting, scheduling shipments, and being a financial consultant.

Jeff's Background

Jeff grew up in Devils Lake, ND, and graduated college from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Accounting. He is faith-focused and enjoys going on mission trips and participating in ministry work for his local church.

Jeff worked at Nelson's M & I Electric, a family-owned business, for over 15 years where he did sales and service for Yahama motorcycles, snowmobiles, and Ariens lawn equipment.

While working at the family business, he enlisted in the military, serving a total of 22 years. While he was enlisted, he was a Military Police Officer. He then received his Commission and served as a Commissioned Officer, Platoon Leader, Company Commander, and a variety of Staff Officer positions at the Battalion and Brigade level.

During his military service, he practiced in accounting, insurance sales, marketing, and business management before coming to Red E.

Education

  • University of North Dakota – BBA with an Emphasis in Accounting

Interests

Walking, bicycling, target shooting, and spending time with family.
