Who We're Looking For:
This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching as a Service Mechanic/Tech. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor and set a positive and encouraging example in the process.
Service Tech/Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Dis-assemble and Re-assemble air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make adjustments as necessary
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, etc
- Drive pickups to haul tools and parts for on-site repair of equipment
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks
Service Tech/Mechanic Qualifications:
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty
- Attention to detail and Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Skilled with mechanics and have a tenacity to overcome challenges to get the job done
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Farming background and/or experience in farming industry a plus
- Ability to travel
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

To deliver on our promise to our customers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. We are seeking a warehouse lead to join our team and manage operations within our warehouse. This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, and coordinate orders, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of thousands of product orders every year.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
- Document work completed and techniques used in work order after project completion.
- Material handling, forklift and truck/trailer operation and training of new employees
- Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions.

Warehouse lead Qualifications:
- Only qualified candidates will be considered
- High School Diploma and minimum 3 years related experience.
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment.
- Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, etc.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Experience using hand and power tools, machines and welders for light fabrication and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering documents and drawings.
- Good written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty.
- Warehousing and inventorying of parts coming in as well as pulling and fulfilling customer orders.
- Attention to detail and Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Skilled with mechanics and have a tenacity to overcome challenges to get the job done.
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Good moral character and positive attitude.
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
- Farming background and/or experience in farming industry a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

- Check, verify and fill customer invoices
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Material handling, forklift and truck/trailer operation
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment
Warehouse Associate Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assisting with product installs at customer job sites
- Assembly and light fabrication (optional)
- Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts (if good driving record)
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
